Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow our German operations
- Take ownership of daily business processes
- Provide operational support when needed – this is a hands-on role
- Develop and implement strategies to expand our market position in Germany
- Represent the Mahoney IT Group at industry events and trade shows
- Organize and manage trade show booths
- Drive business development and promote our cybersecurity services
- Collaborate closely with our international teams in Singapore and the US
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Cyber Security
- Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructures and systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be hands-on
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel internationally (Singapore & USA)
- Professional presence, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology
