đź“Ť This position is based in Singapore to provide 24/7 support to our clients in Europe and Singapore, utilizing the time zone advantage for continuous coverage.
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and fluent in both German and English? We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly blend the roles of a SOC Dispatcher and a Key Account Manager. This unique position requires managing critical communication and dispatch duties for our clients across key European markets, while being based in our dynamic Singapore office.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate German dispatch texts into English to maximize client impact.
- Handle 100% of calls and reporting chains for our German-speaking clients in their native language.
- Maintain composure and clarity in high-pressure situations.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
- Familiarity with SIEM, ISO27001 escalation matrices, and understanding both internal and client-based SOPs.
